Angry Internet Explorer And MSN Problem

Internet explorer will not load many pages, they just load and load and nothing happens, and eventually I will get a page saying
"The page cannot be displayed" and says it may be something to do with my browser settings.

MSN will not log in, this is the message I get;
"We were unable to sign you into MSN Messenger, possibly because of a problem with the service or with your Internet Connection. Please make sure that you are connected to the internet"

My friends can get on MSN, and I am definitely connected to the internet, or I wouldn't be writing this. I click the Troubleshooter button and then I get this message;
"We were unable to troubleshoot your connection to the .NET Messenger service. There is possibly a problem with the service, your Internet connection, or your proxy settings. Please check your settings and make sure that you are connected to the Internet"

I have run a virus scan on Mcafee (my antivirus) and that picked up nothing, and I did an online scan with trend micro and panda which also found nothing, I also updated and ran Ad aware which found nothing. I have cleaned cache and cookies all offline content and the history. I tried Mozilla Firefox also and exactly the same happened, I also tried Start --> Run --> Type "ipconfig /flushdns" without the brackets, and setting my privacy/security levels to default but still no luck, I don't know what to try next, I am using Windows XP SP2 Home, Internet Explorer 6.

The same happens on all 3 computers in my network,
Please Help
