Default administrative rights to install freeware

I downloaded shoot the messenger freeware from Gibson Research. I can't install it though. Its on my home computer and I have administrative rights. I changed the UAC but still can't install it. The freeware requires admin rights and I can't figure this one out.

Am I missing something?
