Default Dell Inspiron 600m - spyware question...

Whats up everyone.....I have a Dell Inspiron 600m from work. I like this laptop but there is a program called Dell support on it that will just not uninstall. If you try to uninstall through the add/remove programs, it has an error. It can't be done in safe mode. I looked on Dell's website and when you click on the link to uninstall Dell support it takes you to......dromroll please.....a website guiding you how to INSTALL it. Anyone know how to get rid of this annoying ass program? It bogs down my startup horribly. I cant find it in msconfig. If you ask me, this is no different than Claria or any other form of unwanted spyware.

i got it off my inspiron 9100 just fine. haven't tried it on my sisters inspiron 600m yet.

i would have suggested reformatting the hard drive when you first got the system. they use like a 10gb partition to back up all their drivers and stuff.
