ok thanks , can i do that with my computer i have 2 hardddrives can i combine them into 1 drive?

ok so i am going to format it i just want want to be sure that it doesnt matter that it is a oem copy of windows that he has

he has 1 hard drive partitioned into 2 logical drives, but you say that you have two hard drives that you want to combine into 1 logical drive, you probably can do that, although I've never heard of it being done. you might want to look into it, you would do it with a partitioning program like norton partition magic.
