My computer keeps restarting randomly sometimes it takes hours or in a couple minutes after i turn it on then i get this message :

My comp is a Sempron 2400,256m DDR,80G(7200R.P.M),Windows XP i dont know if is Pro or Home edition.Model:ATX-L8005 4in1
when it start it starts with the Biostar Logo.
Well thats all i know about my computer is also 3 weeks old.

Could either be a memory issue or software conflict in something that's running and running in the background.
