Default Help Please!

My computer seems to be stuck in the safe mode, everything else is operating OK. I don`t know if I ticked the MS-DOS box by accident and I have read that it goes on to the hard drive and starts up like this every time, I don`t know if that is right but I don`t know what to do to correct it.
Hope someone can help.
Thanks

Hi, I`m not sure I`m on Windows 98.
My son didn`t shu the computer down properly so it started up in safe mode, then he clicked the MS-DOS button instead of the restart.
I wonder if this has gone into the memory on the hard drive and now it will only start up in Safe mode an it was in safe mode when he clicked it.
That`s the only thing I can think of as the computer was OK before.
Thanks for your help.

When the computer is loading Constantly press F8, there will be a few options Choose start windows normally, or choose Last good configiration.

I hope this helped, but if it's automatically starting up in safemode it must mean your son did something wrong in Normal mode of Windows, so it will automatically load it up.
