talk over dvd
What program can i use after i have a movie in my hdd to be able to add voice over the video. I tried pinnacle and it dosent edit the type of video dvd decrypter made the movie files into. Any one know a program?

hey im pretty sure you can use Windows Movie Maker for doing this one. its free as well so thats always an added bonus

oo thx guys, i just went to adobe, saw it didnt work, and stupidy assumed it wouldnt work
