here is a log taken from my friend's Toshiba laptop. It has morethan 70 Processes runing in the WIndows Task Manager when freshly restarted.

Plz take a look and tell me what can be deleted.

There's a lot of stuff going on there. There's a few things not needed on startup. Run Hijackthis and check these entries.

Close all windows and hit "Fix Checked".
Some of these programs will need to be stopped from running on startup in the programs themselves, usually under "options" or "preferences". There could be more than these, go through the 04 entries and check anything that you don't need running on startup.

For what i know he only uses his laptop for waitching movies/a little onlike poker and going online, nothing ease. so please help and pick out anything that is not needed for these two.

Go start>run, type "msconfig" then go to the "startup" tab. Uncheck things in there one by one, that way you can easily go back and check it again if there's any problems. The line above is for turning the touchpad on and off, the one below it - TOSHIBA\PadTouch\PadExe.exe - shouldn't be touched or the touchpad won't work.
