Download Ewido.
http://download.ewido.net/ewido-setup.exe
Update it and run a full scan, remove anything it finds.

Then reboot.
Run Hijackthis and select "Open misc tools section".
Select "Generate startuplist log".
When the log opens, scroll down to "Enumerating Task Scheduler jobs" and post the entries there, along with a new Hijackthis log.
