LTB 5.1 Headphone Problem

Hey guys, i have These headphones, but i cant get the volume up high. what am mi supposed to change? i installed all the software and drivers. am i supposed to go into control pannel and change something? ahhhh help.

Make sure that both the Windows system volume is up as well as the volume on your sound card. If that's not it, then see if you've got another pair of headphones lying around, if they work fine, then you've found the problem
