Default Buying a new video card

I'm thinking about buying a new video card and I'm not sure about which one to buy. I'm not sure which card would fit in w/ my motherboard or if they all fit. I'm wanting to get rid of the ancient Matrox G200 Millenium that's in here. Any suggestions are welcome.

And check in your bios to see whether your mobo is AGP (what speed) or PCI. That will also determine what card you should get...
