Default Windows Install Error

I just finished my first build. I plugged it in and everything turned on. I got the "Energy Star" screen and it looked like it recognized all the drives. I put in the Windows XP CD and it started to load. After a few minutes, it says "A problem has been detectedand windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer" It says to remove any new hardware (it's all new). Any ideas?
