Default weird question

hi im new to these forums
anyway

i was wondering if anyone has ever run a vga signal across a room. the reason i ask is that i want to put my pc in my tv cabinate.... everything else can either be run wirelessly or doesnt need to be run far at all except for the monitors. im afraid that if i go and buy the cable, the signal is going to be weak as crap. they would probley need to run atleast 20 feet. is there an alternative or will the signal be clear? thanks

My Dad has his monitor on the opposite end of the room than his computer and it looks fine. I would just make sure that you get a high quality low resistance cable. Try somewhere like Best Buy or Circuit City where you can try it and then return it easily if you are not happy with it.
