ok i play Cs .. i recorded (using cs) a sample ...
it recorded into .dem and i can only play it in cs (ITS OK WITH THAT)
now while i playback the .dem i used a programm to capture video of what my screen is seing .. like Windows MEdia Encoder <-- with that the resault came very bad (although i had it in best quality) its comes like 0.01 fps
i used Fraps and i made it recording in 60fps (that pretty hight , but i whant a good quality) and the resault after 30 sec recording with fraps was 500+MB

So i cant get an answer
i've seen many Cs movies with effects and music and stuff ... that what i am trying to do ... anw
any ideas ?
