what would be good memory to upgrade my dell 4700

it has ddr 2 pc23200 400 mhz memory

i dont want to get dell memory cause they are to expensive and i want to upgrade to 1GB

thats 184 pin ddr i need 240 pin ddr2 and my price range is 50 to 150 for 1 gb more memory
