usually you just plug the normal vga monitor plug into your video card and it will also come with a seriel cable to plug into a com port for the actual touch screen capabilities. and elo is a good touchscreen company
that is what we use here at work. since these elo ones use a com port i would bet alot of money that the one you want does too
