cdaEngine0400.dll is a module of the WildTangent advertising spyware.I believe you can turn that msg box off on msconfig.
Start> Run> typy 'msconfig'> Click Ok> Click 'Startup' tab> Locate Startup item 'cdaEngine0400'> Deselect it> Ok> Restart> Tell me how it goes
