Default why isnt my mafia 2 working??

getting this whatever i do =(

Tried reinstalling the game?

i tried reinstalling the game and even redownloaded it.. nothing.

also that didnt work =/

any more suggestions?

had to copy the crack into pc folder which is in 2kgames mafia 2 folder
