Default Got error message "Microsoft MPEG4 or Divix codec" not found

Hi, I was trying to capture images from the tv. I wanted to save in MPEG4 format. But the computer displayed a message saying that the Microsoft MPEG4 or Divix Codec not found.

I use Windows XP SP2. I thought the codec was included in the package. Where do I download those codec? I'm not sure if "MPEG4" and "Divix" codec are the same stuff.
