Do you folks use Windows Movie Maker ? If so, have you ever encountered the message "The video device is currently in use. Close any other application that is using the device and try again." ?
I want to capture stuff from the VCR to my computer via S-video. I use Windows Movie Maker because it encodes video into WMV file format, which is relatively smaller in filesize than AVI/MP2/MP4, without overly sacrefice image loss. The problem is, I can only use the default output size, that is, 320 x 240. Whenever I attempt to increase to a bigger size, say, 720 x 480, I get the above message (red). What are some of the solutions? |
