isn't that the sound card that boasts the most advanced sound processor ever? I'm not sure how much its gonna cost of there's some info about on it the soundblaster homepage. I wonder how big of a difference is it really gonna make with normal pc speakers..Im guessing you need one of those thousand dollar speaker systems to really tell the difference.

here is the link for it: http://www.soundblaster.com/products/x-fi/technology/

Im sure it wont make a difference with normal pc speakers, but i have a Logitech 280watt 5.1 surround sound setup, and im sure it will make it sound awesome!

Probably at least $300 though

It also says that it has built in memory and a very fast processor, which will up a games FPS.

i'm very, VERY excited about this sound card. there will be four different cards, each one aimed at different types of users. the lowest will cost $129.99, and the most expensive will run you a hefty $399.99... i'm excited to see the difference in the low-end cards and the high-end card...

read all about it here: http://gear.ign.com/articles/640/640032p1.html
