Please help!! We have purchased 20 "V-Line Shooters" from POSguys.com. They are a PS2 wedge scanner that should work on just about any computer. They work just fine on 8 of our older computers but I cannot get them to work on our 2 year old Compaq computers. The only difference I can find is that the newer one's are running a Celeron proccessor while our older units are running Pentium. I have tried updating the BIOS, reset the factory settings on the scanners, adjusted the intercharacter delay, installed the latest drivers and checked all of the keyboard settings (they were set the same on all computers). I can take a scanner off of the newer computers and it works fine on the older units so I believe there is a setting somewhere that I am missing. Does anyone know any tricks?
