not sure if this is the right forum for this topic, but here goes. im trying to install a firewire card. not a pci slot card, but one that connects with cables and mounts just under the A drive. since ive never mounted anything like this, im hoping you guys could help me out. there are two sets of wires. one for the USB ports, and one for the FIREWIRE port.

this is the one for the firewire:

i couldnt get a clear pic of the USB connectors, so they say 1+D, 1-D, 2+D, 2-D,1+5V,2+5V, one black cable says 1 GROUND, the other says 2 GROUND, and theres a brown one that says 1 GROUND.

i have absolutely no idea what these numbers mean, or where to connect them on the motherboard. i still have the manual to my motherboard, and there is no mention about anything even resembling this anywhere in it. anybody with any experience with this please help, it would be much appreciated.
