How to Flash Bios [help][again]

can some1 tell me where/what to look for to get the right file for MY bios/mb so i can flash it ?
maybe thats the only way to do some more ocing with my pc coz i have the fsb to 155 and thats the top it can go [without keep restartig] MAYBE if i flash the bios the multiplier unlock and.. do msth more :/

go to the ASRock site and have a look around there. They should provide you with the latest one.

on there website and on download section they only have bios updates :/

2. Are you sure you want to be flashing your bios??? At the very least, read the manual.

Maybe he cant find the flash update tool?
I'm sure its there honda, if fact i recall spending days trying to talk this through with you, since you hyperthreading is supported on a latest bios version.

we've covered this as well, no amount of bios flashig is going to unlock that mutliplier

Really ? coz i remember that i've been told from some1 here that there is a little chance to unlock the multiplier ... but ok anw

The multiplyer is locked within the CPU. If its locked its locked and it doesnt get unlocked. If you want an unlcoked multiplyer then build a system with an AMD FX series cpu in it.
