is this a good motherboard for a amd dual core 4200 processor i am not planning on overclocking but if i do want to then do i need to go to a better motherboard or will this one work fine

i dont want to buy from zipzoomfly i want to keep it at one site newegg for all my computer parts i think ill get the motherboard i have and upgrade a few years down the road if i need to but it should work fine for gaming and stuff right?
