Well, as I said, I want to use dw to design an online questionnaire to investigate some people targeted. Actually, I have already established a form and put my questions into it. As open happens, every survey has the "submit" and "reset" button. The form I designed also has the two buttons. What I want to know is that where the information filled by respondant goes after they press the submit button? and how could I collect these data to make further analysis.

Anyway, it seems difficult to me. so I want to know is there any instructions according to which I could do all the stuff mentioned above step by step.

Thanks for any comments.

You'll need more than dreamweaver - like a server with accessible web space. If your server uses PHP/MySQL, then you can use a database backend to hold your answers and results - then pipe them into you mailserver for reporting.

More than likely though - you'll be better off using some for of ELM software. E-Learning Management. Take a look at hotscripts.com for some freebees.
