Default dump?!

Hello all,
thats my problem with the windows I have: Most of times when I am working with windows, it suddenly restarts, sometimes I work with it for hours and sometimes for minutes..
Also, sometimes I use it normally for hours without any problems and I shutdown it normally.

What Wondows are using, XP? Try running some systems scans found in programs/ accessories/ system tools. I would first do disk defragmentar and than scan disk. Do full scans in safe mode.
