How do i delete a file/folder that wont delete?? lol

Right, i foolishly downloaded something called "Block checker" it tells you who is blocking you...i uninstalled it almost straight after i installed it but everytime i open a new conversation in MSN it sends a message saying something like "i use blockchecker to see who is blocking me". really annoying...im convinced that the block checker file in Program Files (left over from when i uninstalled it) is responcible but it will not let me delete it...going to really tick me off if i cant get rid of it...please help!

Reboot your computer and enter safe mode, from safe mode try to delete it.
