Default A couple questions on new build

I jsut built my new computer and am trying to load Windows onto the machine. First off, the Primary CD Drive and Secondary HD are not detected, the jumper settings are on CS. That's not the main issue. When I insert a bootable CD into the CD drive, it posts and everything, but then when it goes to boot from CD it says "Boot from CD 01 01 01 01 01 01 and the 01's go on and on. That occurrs with any OS I try and load. Any idea what this is, along with how to get the computer to recognize those drives?

Set the drives as master and slave. Test the CD rom drive out with another computer with more disc's, see if it reads them in windows.
