I am going to build my first computer, I have a Dell now that had Win XP Home on it, and I upgraded to Windows XP Pro.
When starting out fresh, will another Windows XP Upgrade work, or will I have to first load win XP, then the upgrade to XP Pro sp2 Or do I need to buy a full blown version of Windows XP Pro? |

Ok, how about some old versions of windows 98se, that I have disks for but pc's are in the PC grave yard somewhere. Can I use a new XP pro upgrad with one of these CD's. I just dont want to buy the full blown version when I have spent a small fortune on Windows software over the years.
