I just got four brand new Hitachi 80 GB Sata 2 drives (really sweet). I've got them setup as 2 RAID 0 arrays.
Here's the problem, I guess this is caused by the RAID, but I can't find a windows based temperature monitoring program that works with them. I downloaded Hitachi's features program. It can monitor the temperature, but it is a bootable floppy disk, it can't run while windows is running.

yeah, try the bios, usually that's more accurate.
