I recently formatted my hard drive and installed windows xp. Well i also installed all the drivers. "Realtek AC'97 Audio" is my sound. for some reason i cant hear a thing when a play anything. my volume is all the way up too. is it because it says not digitaly signed in? if so how can i fix it. thanx

As strange as it may sound, make sure that your sound is not muted. It's under Control Panel -> Sound and Audio Devices -> Volumte tab -> Advanced

that happened to me before, i just deleted the driver and reinstalled it again a few times over and it miraculously worked.

Go to your manufacturers (sp) site and find your motherboard. Download the drivers for the sound and install those.
