I think I saw something about this before, but I was wondering how you can remove programs and file from startups and from running, as processes. I dont mean removing them in msconfig, but actualy finding the files, and deleting them. Can you do this manualy, or do you need to use some software like HJT to find the files locations.

(this is actualy on my office comp. w/ windows xp pro, which is whats on my personal comp., so i fugre it would be the same)
