lol, firewire's faster but is newer technolodgy so some motherboard don't have it and not alot of things (relativly speaking) uses it. USB's slower but all computer has it and most devices uses it.

i would have to say USB 2.0. It's top speed of 480 Mb/s rivals that of firewire. And most PC's have USB on it already

Firewire is the fastest. Do the research, you'll see even firewire 400 beats USB 2.0 by about 10-20%... If I have a choice, it's Firewire. But of course, some things just, or mostly come in USB(USB drives, keyboards, mice...)

firewire is the fastest, and u can network 2 comps together, but id say usb since most devices use usb, and there cables are cheaper.

Yo can network comps together with firewire AND USB, and not to mention ethernet(what i use)
Both is always the best, even if the motherboard doesn't have it get a PCI caard for it, thats what I did. 10$ and the PCI card had 3 on it. |

Fire wire. Not only does it have a cool name it's also fun to network computers with.
