Best keyboard to fit these specs

I want a new good wireless keyboard for between $25 and $50 hopefully, and I want it to be black, have at least 8 programmable hotkeys, have multimedia controls (like for music: volume control, play/pause, stop, next, back, etc) and thats about it. i dont need a mouse, but they keyboard could be in a combo, i dont really care, as long as it doesnt make the price jump much higher cuz of a 'good' mouse. ive been looking at these:

well where do u live? cuz if u live in the us, u can try www.compusa.com they constantly have wireless keyboards on sale and they look pretty good at very good prices.
