i think they realize the efficiency of the pentium M. amd users might have to watch out.

i think they knew already.

Recongnise some off these from the roadmap, nonone sure of the achetecure in these new chips yet but expect some big differences if there are tagging a it as a new achetecture, they didnt do it for northwood to prescottm (prob a marketing move)

No, they are just lexpected to be lifting a few features from P-M, eg Micro-ops fusion, maybe the partial L2 powering - for power reasons, pipe length - although not really a lifted from the p-m

It says best of both worlds, does that means short pipelines with fast clocks? cause if its like a 3.0 pm, that would absolutely kill everything!
