can you put tv tuner cards in laptops or can you watch tv on them

no, but you can get external ones that are usb.

what he said, you can find several that are either USB or Firewire, but regular PCI Cards wont work. You can get USB/Firewire ones at bestbuy, circuitcity, and many other places.

I think there are some (THINK) laptops that have built in TV tuners. Not completely sure about this though (Just media center laptops I think).

most DELLS have them nowdays usually on MCE laptops or those that made for playing movies.

there are also programs that let you watch "international" channels without a tvtuner.. but gotta have broadband.. sorta like a stream type thing.. but only external ones so far i think unless its alredy built in it

I know that this post is a few months old so I'm wondering if the answer has changed because I would really like to get a TV tuner in my laptop
