Swap your say right speaker with your center (from the back of the sub) and play some music or something and if sound comes out of just the center speaker on the right channel, then there is most likely something wrong with the amp in the sub. If no sound comes out then its the center speaker, you could probably just replace it with another speaker you have laying around or return them.
