Error Code

Hello to all, Im get a 167 error code (processor bios not updated) on my friend IBM computer each time it i turn it on or restart. How can stop it from doing that??

167 Microprocessor installed that is not supported by the current POST/BIOS.
1. Run Setup. Check Stepping level for the BIOS level needed, then perform the flash update.
