Default Help!!!! Printing probs

I've tried to print from word documents and when it comes out, the text was missing at the bottom of the page. I tried to setup margin from page setup but it won't allow me....

any solutions folks ???

Try print preview. Adapt margins directly from there with mouse.

Check what paper you have the page in word set to and what paper the printer settings is set to, make sure they are BOTH set to A4 or whatever size it is that your printing onto.

yes they are both on A4.......do you think it is the printer probs rather than ms word ??

My friend has the same office 2003 but he never had the same probs as me....why ???

I hate it when this little goes wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try the printers self calibration tests aswell, it ight be that the print heads are mid-alligned or something and it is printing it a line lower than it should be.

HP EPSON .... ? Normally there is a software disk include the package with you're printer. normally there is also a tool to reconfig and recallibrate
