Tv Tuner [help]

i just bought a tv tuner E-TECH
i plug the antenna that was on my tv to the tuner and i made the scans to find the channels.. except that it didnt found all channels it found some (they r no very clear) and i cant hear the sound at all... only that snowny shit

but on fm radio the sound works fine

thats happend with me try changeing your tv card settings or it could be a bad connetion

I think the tuner is set to another broadcast standard. Try other standards in the tuner's settings.
