Default Connecting a console and pc?

I was wondering if it was possible to connect say an Xbox to a computer and play the games on the computer. doing this would give many people advantages in fps games i would think, the only conflict i can see is controls.

then again i'm fairly new to the whole computer world.

Hmm... I don't think that is possible... Although, I have seen an adapter that lets you hook up a keybaord and mouse to your xbox... That might be more useful!

for the controls you can just hook up your gamepad to your PC with a little bit of soldering.
