Default Downloading - Help ASAP

I have a big problem. I am downloading a rather large file.. 745meg but my brother will be using the pc every other hour so my download HAS to be stopped, is there any program i can download which will let me continue the download at a later date, i use mozilla and the download manager is good but the file is from fileshack.com so i had to start again after 350megs done. so any program which will let me do this?

download managers like reget,flashget,download accelerator or you can continue download but use the NETLIMITER program to limit ur download rate while ur bro does his stuff.

Flashget works really well and its easy to use.

Hmmm dont most browsers have a resume feature? IE has one but its a bit finicky and im sure the other browsers have a better implementation which an actual control panel and stuff for it (i'm assuming you're talking about HTTP xfers)
