Sorry, German isn't my best language here, but I think you are interested in a PDA with WiFi capabilities? Where you can connect to the internet and such?
I personally prefer iPaq's, my dad has one and he loves it. It has Bluetooth and WiFi. There are however many different models. What is your budget/price range?
