Default 6800LE problems

I just got anew 6800LE from Leadtek, and it just started to have problems where whenever I start up WoW my computer will restart, once in awhile I can get in but if I alt tab out for any reason it will restart. Windows start up seems to pause now too, right before the boot screen.

Could this be due to problems with the gfx card,or maybe my psu isn't strong enough.

Here's my comp:
1.5ghz P4
512 meg ram
250 Watt PSU <----I know it's low but I'm trying to get more money to replace everything and am going to upgrade then.
Intel D850
2 HDD

The comp acts fine except when I try to start a game, Im leaning to the PSU because it seems to feel hotter then before, and my friends was overheating and his comp kept restarting. GFX runs at about 54 C and case temp is 36 C.

Edit: Also I can't seem to find the newest bios for it, I downloaded one off of leadtek's web site but it won't flash saying tis not for the right card any ideas?

None it's for the current, Intel d850, I have for now, but it needs to be able to power when I (hopefully) upgrade in a month or two.
