Default recycle bin

i have a recycle bin problem..if i open up recycle bin and delete all the files in there.. i can delete it no problem(but it shows that it is still full [thats not the problem]

if i right click on it.. and click recycle bin.. i can't.. a pop says

"cannot delete Dc26: cannot read from source file or disk"

anyone know what is this? i read some articles on google and all they said was to go into command prompt and type in "cd Recycled" .. now i know how to use navigate through folders in cmd..but it says "The system cannot find the specified path"

so here is the problem.. i cannot empty my recycle bin because of that "Dc26" error, n then i can't solve it with methods on googling because it says that path isn't specified
