Default Is this a good motherboard and chip?

I just bought a Intel Celeron 345 3.06Ghz 256K Cache,533FSB SocN 4 chip, and a Abit IS7-V2 Socket 478 Motherboard. Is this a good combo?

Not a bad combo but I would recommend a P-4 cpu to get 512 k or 1 meg of l2 cache and 800 fsb. Should be about $50 more than celeron but worth it especially if you anticipate any gaming.
