What type of RAM?

I just bought a Dell Insperation 2200 notebook and want to add another memory strip (512MB, I think). I can't seem to find out for sure just what I need to order. The owners manual says SO DIMM DDR but I don't knoe how many "pins". There seems to be a number of different size strips and I sure want to get the right one. Thanks for helping, Craig.

its 200 pin so-dimm. you can find them on newegg.
