Are you in the US? $3000 is a lot of money and you can build pretty much the best computer.

Are there any other requirements. (need lots of storage, compact, etc)? Or is this system purely for gaming speed

well i just looked up prices and i way overestimated so maybe just 2000 usd. i would lyk it to be really good for gaming and have a really good processor and grafics card but i would like it to have decent storage and everything else should be average

even at 2000 we can aid you in building a kick ass computer.

Do you have any brand preferences? Any taste as far as case design that you would like?

Will max anything out for the next 3+ years prob at 2560x1440/1600 no problem, prob even on dual or trip monitors if each is at 1080p.

Or did you need the keyboard and mouse and monitor and speakers in there too?

Also if you can go up to 2500 we can add those to this and put in a kick-arse cooler for overclocking this and up the graphics to 7970's, actually might take 26-2700 for all that
