Question Problem with Wireless Mouse

Hi, Pals,
Recently I changed to Creative Wireless Mouse and encountered some problems. Intially, it was working fine. However after 2 weeks, the mouse does not respond if it is left idle for 2-3 secs. It has to be "reactiveated" only after I pressed the button on the transceiver. It is really frustrating. I tried changing mouse battery, changing the USB port of the tranceiver but to no avail.

Can anyone advice, please.

well if it has batteries im assuming its a wireless mouse, try moving the reciever closer to the mouse, its worth a try.

Thanks but the receiver and the mouse is close enough I reckon. They are only about 30cm to 50cm apart.

Does anyone has idea of the fault?
